Hey Guys!
Check out the Los Angeles Times article on Kolsch beers by Charles Perry! He interviews yours truly and talks about a really great style of beer from Cologne, Germany. My favorite right now is the Reissdorf Kolsch. Its crisp, bright, malty but light-bodied. A great beer for summer!
